Itinerary:
Sunday – May 1:
Depart Sunday May 1 from EAHS parking lot at 11am
Stop for lunch half way on trip – rest stop area.
Arrive in Cooperstown at Hotel by 3pm approx. time.
Check in to rooms
JV game will be played at 5pm at Doubleday Field – V and JH walk town and watch game – all players return to hotel post game.
Dinner with Voorhees at team hotel after JV Game 8pm approx.
Monday May 2:
10 am – JH Game at Doubleday Field
1:30pm – Varsity Game at Doubleday Field
All players may see the Hall of Fame during this day at their convenience when in town – they will be given a ticket to attend and have their hand stamped for reentry during the day.
Dinner for Easton players will be in town after the games – players choice - return to hotel for the night at 8pm – Hotel is in shopping area that has McDonalds, Bagel Place, Pizza Hut and other eateries as well!
The Hotel has an indoor pool which may be used.
Breakfast is provided free at the hotel each morning.
Tuesday May 3:
Teams will return to EAHS leaving Cooperstown at 10am
Upon arrival at the school – teams will practice normal times for Wed game.

Player Cost is $145 total for 2 night – hotel stay/transportation, etc. made payable to “Easton Baseball Diamond Club”. Payment can kindly be made up to the day of the trip and can be given to Coach LaDuca on Sunday.
Booster Group will be paying for Doubleday Field rentals and fees, Tickets for the Baseball Hall of Fame for each player, Team Dinner with Voorhees, etc. Snacks, etc.
